Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AI Studio, a private REBAN workspace for media coordination, task management, calendar planning, and AI-assisted content workflows.
1. Eligibility and Access
AI Studio is intended only for authorized REBAN users, contractors, and collaborators. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or removed by REBAN at any time for operational, security, or compliance reasons.
2. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use AI Studio only for legitimate REBAN work. Users must not:
- Attempt to access data, accounts, teams, medios, or systems without authorization.
- Share credentials, sessions, OAuth grants, or API tokens with unauthorized parties.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or confidential third-party content without permission.
- Interfere with the availability, security, or integrity of the service.
- Use AI features to generate content that violates applicable law or REBAN policy.
3. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and reporting suspected unauthorized access. REBAN may audit account activity to protect the platform and its data.
4. Google Calendar Integration
Users may choose to connect Google Calendar to AI Studio. When connected,AI Studio may create, read, update, delete, and synchronize calendar events required for task and production planning. Users can disconnect Google Calendar from the app or revoke access from their Google Account.
5. Content and Data
Content entered into AI Studio, including tasks, comments, prompts, files, schedules, and generated media, is used to operate REBAN workflows. Users must make sure they have the rights and authorization needed to upload or process content in the platform.
6. AI-Assisted Outputs
AI-assisted features may produce imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate outputs. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, distribution, or operational use.
7. Third-Party Services
AI Studio relies on third-party services such as Google, Supabase, Railway, Sentry, PostHog, Axiom, and Cloudflare. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Availability and Changes
REBAN may update, limit, or discontinue parts of AI Studio. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, incidents, or third-party provider interruptions.
